1. Return and Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or any alterations will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within the specified period and following the instructions outlined below.

 

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@feggaci.com within 30 days after receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
3. Once your request is received, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was delivered defective or in error.

3. Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, please notify us immediately, within 15 days sowe can resolve the issue. In this case, the return shipping will be covered by us, and you may choose one of the following options:

Receive a replacement product.
Receive a full refund for the purchase.

 

4. Refunds

A refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and approved through our quality inspection.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used during the purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, butgenerally takes 7 to 10 business days.


5. Exchanges for Size or Model

If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, please follow the return process. Once the returned item is received, we will ship the new product. If the item you desire is unavailable, we will offer you a similar option or a full refund.

6. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Used or washed products.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Gift cards or items purchased on sale (check the specific promotion conditions, if applicable).


7. Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Shipping costs may vary based on weight and destination.
